1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player," "User," "you," or "your") and jli9 (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operator of the online casino platform accessible at jli9.cam and related mobile interfaces. 2. Eligibility Requirements

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access gaming services on the jli9 platform, you must create a personal account by completing our registration process. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, mobile phone number, and any other information requested. All information provided must match your government-issued identification documents exactly as they appear. Discrepancies between registration information and identification documents may result in verification delays or account restrictions.

Each individual is permitted to register only one (1) account with jli9. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered using variations of the same personal information are strictly prohibited. Detection of multiple accounts will result in closure of all accounts, forfeiture of any balances or winnings, and permanent exclusion from the platform. This restriction applies regardless of whether multiple accounts were created intentionally or inadvertently.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to be authorized by you, and you will be held liable for all transactions, wagers, and activities performed using your account credentials, whether authorized by you or not.

If you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized access to your account, security breach, or compromised credentials, you must immediately notify jli9 customer support and change your password. We recommend using strong passwords that combine uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters, and avoiding passwords that are easily guessable or used for other online services.

3.3 Account Verification

jli9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to during registration, before processing withdrawals, or during routine compliance checks. Required documents may include a valid government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license, or national ID card), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months), and payment method verification (photos or screenshots of payment instruments used for deposits).

You must provide requested verification documents within fourteen (14) calendar days of the request. Failure to provide complete and legible documents within this timeframe may result in account suspension, withdrawal processing delays, or account closure. All documents submitted must be authentic, unaltered, and current. Submission of fraudulent, altered, or falsified documents constitutes a serious breach of these terms and may result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

4. Deposits and Payments

jli9 accepts deposits through various payment methods available to Philippine players, including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers through major Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and others), and other approved payment channels. All deposits must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and are displayed on the deposit page for each payment method.

All funds deposited into your jli9 account must originate from payment sources legitimately owned by you and registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits made from payment accounts belonging to other individuals, even family members or spouses, will not be accepted. If we detect or suspect third-party funding of your account, we reserve the right to reverse all associated deposits, void any related wagers or winnings, and close your account.

Deposit processing times vary by payment method. Electronic wallet deposits (GCash, Maya) are typically credited to your account within sixty (60) seconds of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may require up to twenty-four (24) hours for processing, depending on your bank's processing schedule. If your deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact customer support with your transaction reference number for assistance.

jli9 does not charge fees for deposits made through supported payment methods. However, your payment provider (bank, e-wallet operator, or payment processor) may impose their own transaction fees or charges. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers. We recommend reviewing your payment provider's fee schedule before initiating deposits.

5. Withdrawals and Processing

You may request withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to completion of account verification requirements and compliance with any applicable bonus wagering conditions. Withdrawals can only be processed to payment methods registered in your own name. You must withdraw funds using the same payment method(s) used for deposits whenever possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations.

Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the withdrawal page. Maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction, per day, per week, and per month. Withdrawal processing typically occurs within two (2) hours during business hours (Monday through Sunday, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Philippine Time) for verified accounts. First-time withdrawals may require additional processing time for enhanced verification. Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be processed on the next business day. Actual receipt of funds depends on your payment provider's processing times, which may add additional delay beyond our control.

Before processing withdrawals, jli9 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks, including requesting supplementary identification documents, conducting source of funds verification, or requesting video verification. These checks are conducted in accordance with our regulatory obligations under Philippine anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing laws. Refusing to cooperate with verification requests may result in withdrawal delays or account closure.

Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled after processing has begun. If you wish to cancel a pending withdrawal that has not yet entered processing, you must contact customer support immediately. We cannot guarantee cancellation if processing has already commenced.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

jli9 offers various bonuses, promotions, and rewards to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, tournament prizes, and VIP rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that govern their use, including eligibility requirements, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and expiration dates.

Bonus terms and conditions are published on the promotions page and must be read carefully before claiming any bonus. Wagering requirements specify the amount of real-money wagers you must place before bonus funds and any winnings derived from those funds can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with 30x wagering requirements on a PHP 1,000 bonus requires PHP 30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal becomes available.

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, video poker, and live dealer games may contribute at reduced rates or not at all. Game contribution percentages are specified in each bonus's terms and conditions. Placing wagers on restricted games while bonus funds are active may result in bonus forfeiture.

Maximum bet limits apply when playing with active bonus funds. Exceeding the maximum bet limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, coordinated betting patterns, or other attempts to exploit promotional offers, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

jli9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to withhold bonuses or promotional prizes from players who violate bonus terms or engage in fraudulent behavior. Decisions regarding bonus disputes are final and at our sole discretion.

7. Gaming Rules and Conduct

All games available on the jli9 platform are provided by licensed third-party gaming providers and operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that ensure fair and random outcomes. 8. Prohibited Activities

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jli9 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or personal injury.

jli9 makes no warranties or representations regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy or completeness of content, or the compatibility of our services with all devices and operating systems. Technical issues, network outages, server maintenance, and other disruptions may temporarily affect platform availability, and we shall not be held liable for any inconvenience or losses resulting from such disruptions.

You acknowledge that gambling inherently involves financial risk and that you may lose money when placing wagers. jli9 is not responsible for your gambling losses, poor gaming decisions, or failure to understand game rules. You participate in gaming activities at your own risk and accept full responsibility for all wagers placed through your account.

11. Account Termination

You may close your jli9 account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within seven (7) business days. Upon account closure, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to verification requirements and deduction of any applicable fees or charges.

jli9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, abusive behavior, breach of bonus terms, failure to complete verification, or at our sole discretion. Upon termination by jli9, we will return your account balance minus any bonuses and winnings obtained through fraudulent or prohibited activities.

Accounts that remain inactive (no login or gaming activity) for twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to monthly inactivity fees. We will notify you via email before charging any inactivity fees. You may avoid inactivity fees by logging into your account or contacting customer support to close your account.

12. Dispute Resolution

All disputes not resolved through internal procedures shall be governed by Philippine law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts. By using the jli9 platform, you consent to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts and waive any objections based on venue or forum non conveniens.
